ENERGIsERS (1-2 Hours)

Fast, fun filled activities that teach, 'more than first meets the eye'. Outcomes based. These energizers will make you think and laugh hard all at once.

TEAM ROPE SHAPES

Teams will be blindfolded and given limited instruction and a 60m rope. They will be asked make a number of shapes out of the rope. Leaders will shine as teams problem solve to achieve set tasks.

PARTNER BLINDFOLD OBSTACLE CHALLENGE

With one person blindfolded you will need to put your trust in the hands of your partner. Communication skills will be vital in safely and effectively guiding your partner through a number of challenges.

ROPE WHISPERS

Want to learn something? Teach someone. In Rope Whispers you will be taught a Knot. You will then have to teach this Knot to another person. Communication and mental composure will allow you to transfer the new skill you have just learnt.

MARSHMALLOW MADNESS

Using only marshmallows and spaghetti, your team needs to work together to construct the highest tower in a set time. Decision making, leadership and communication will ensure your team comes out on top!

TEAM TARP

Come together as a team in a fun team tarp activity that will bring you closer than ever!

CHALLENGE ZONE (3-4 Hours)

Challenging both physically and mentally, ‘Challenge Zone’ will push you out of your comfort zone and bring your team together through outdoor adventure. All activities are great fun, but getting through tough situations really brings a team together.

BATEAU BAY BEACH CLIFF ADVENTURE HIKE

A scenic adventurous beach / bush walk with a twist. Your hard work will be rewarded with spectacular views and huge sense of achievement.

GIRRAKOOL WATERFALL WALK CHALLENGE

The beautiful Brisbane Water National Park sets a majestic feel for the start of a navigation / bushwalk that requires your team to pull together like never before. Take your swimmers if you dare, the waterfall walk is spectacular.

ABSEILING / ROCK CLIMBING THE WATAGANS / BLUE MOUNTAINS

Feel the knees shake as you challenge yourself to abseil over that edge or face fears in climbing to the top. A team effort will excite and challenge even the bravest!

WOLLEMI / BLUE MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK CANYON

Adventure, Adventure, Adventure!!! This will have your team screaming with fear and excitement all at once. The picturesque Canyons of the Blue Mountains will create memories for life.

LEARN TO SURF / SURF SURVIVAL

Salt, sand, surf, sun and fun. There is nothing like the challenge of learning to surf. Fears will be faced and bonds forged strong!

TEAMS CHALLENGE (1-2 hours)

TEAM SURVIVOR

Tribes will be tested against each other in a number of team based challenges. Problem solving, communication, teamwork and remaining calm under pressure will give your tribe the best chance at Surviving!

MASTER CHEF

Two teams battle each other head to head in an outdoor “Bush Cook Up”. There is nothing like working together and cooking beautiful fresh food in the outdoors!

TEAM IRONMAN CHALLENGE

The team Ironman Challenge will see team’s compete in a beach ironman challenge with a twist. Everyone strong, fast, slow, smart will play their part!

MINUTE TO WIN IT

COMPETITION!!! The hilarious and challenging minute to win it activities will see the competitive juices flowing! Teams will work together and against each other in a number of fast paced, addictive minute to win it activities. Who will take bragging rights?

BREATH MIND BODY CONDITIONING (BMBC)

The connection between our breath, mind, heart and body is vital for our overall wellbeing. 

BMBC will teach you real, practical tips and techniques that if applied can instantly have a positive impact on your life. Learn how to use oxygen more effectively, oxygenate and calm your nervous system, improve bodies tolerance to Carbon Dioxide.

 

All of these principles improve a person’s ability to focus, remain calm in high pressure situations, allow the body and mind to recover, re energise and improve productivity and overall health.
